Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Synctile's digital manufacturing planning platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Synctile grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Access and use the platform for your business operations
Create and manage manufacturing plans
Use the features and functionality provided

This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our platform.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Collect or harvest user information without consent
Use automated systems to access the platform without permission

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Synctile and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Synctile a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process such content to provide the services.

Payment and Subscription

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice

Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synctile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Synctile harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Synctile operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

Entire Agreement
